We are doing our best to improve the sleep tracking results. The time you input in the improve sleep tracking section will serve as a reference so we can analyze and interpret your sleep session better. This is not compulsory at all, your Misfit device will still track sleep normally even if you do not input this data.
In order to use improve sleep tracking, go to Me (iOS) or Profile (Android), tap on Settings on top right, go to Account Info (Android only), choose Improve Sleep Tracking.
