This might be due to either inactive or unstable Bluetooth connection or incorrect positioning of the Misfit Beddit sensor on your bed.
To consistently get sleep data, make sure these requirements are met:
- Bluetooth connection on your mobile device must always be turned on.
- The Beddit sensor has to be positioned across the chest.
- The distance from the Beddit sensor to your mobile device has to be less than 10 meters (32 ft).
