Spring bars can be installed on your device to hold sport, leather and NATO straps.
Either end of the spring bar can be depressed in using your finger or fingernails. When the ends of the spring bars are depressed, the overall length of the bar will be shorter. This allows the spring bar to be installed between watch lugs.
To install spring bars:
Place one end of of the spring bar in the small hole on the inside of the lug.
Using your fingernail, depress in the opposite end of the spring bar to make the bar shorter. Insert the end of the spring bar into the small hole on the inside of the lug.
To remove spring bars:
Using your fingernail, depress in one end of the spring bar to make the bar shorter and (simultaneously) pull that end away from the lug.
Pull the opposite end of the spring bar out of the small hole.

it's a shame Misfit isn't more clear about warning customers to save the original springbars. Since I purchased my misfit vapor, I changed my silicone straps for the metal ones, which came with their preinstalled springbars. I didn't know that I'd need to keep my original springbars for every time I bought new straps....wouldn't it make more sense to send off a new set when straps are purchased separately.
or have the springbars available for customers on here...
