If you used the password reset page and never received a password reset email, please check the following:
- Are you using the same email you signed up with? Check for spelling errors.
- Did you originally sign up through Facebook or Google? If so, try signing in again through the same social account:
If you created the account through a social sign on, you won't need to reset your Misfit password and you won't receive a password reset email.
If you're seeing an error message, or you've tried these steps and still can't sign in, please contact Customer Care.

How can you check for spelling errors if you cannot LOGIN ????

I'm sorry to hear you can't log into your Misfit account. If you're using the password reset page, you'll want to make sure your email is typed correctly so that you can be sure to receive the password reset email. In case you have already tried this and still can't log in, I have opened a support ticket so that one of our representatives can further assist you. Look for an email from us soon!
